For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We do ask that payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account please do not hesitate to contact our staff.
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
We do sent monthly statements of account balances. We will file insurance claims on your behalf unless instructed otherwise. Insurance companies typically require 4-6 weeks to respond to claims. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance payments is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan but this must be done in advance of procedures preformed.
In-House Dental Discount Plan
We are pleased to announce that we do provide an in-house dental discount plan for patients without dental insurance. The discount plan covers 100% of exams and x-rays.
